I was near a place called Sweet Lemon Kitchen in Downtown Georgetown early one morning- actually after rock hunting a “Kindness Rocks” – when I looked on the ground and found this “heart of gold” (it’s lemon-butter yellow on the backside).
My girl dog of 18 years just passed away 2 weeks ago, thus leaving me dog-less after two decades. She’s the third senior pup I’ve lost in five years, so finding this special heart with all these pieces lovingly stitched together is especially meaningful to me! OXO
I had no idea this project existed and had never seen one of these before. I will definitely be on the look out now!
