Wow! This heart will be so cherished for our entire lives, you have no idea how special this is. My girlfriend, Mandy, and I were on vacation in Tennessee over New Years 2021/2022. We were in Franklin, TN on New Year’s Day 1/1/22 and it was the last day of our 10 day trip and I had been carrying an engagement ring in my pocket the entire time, every day, waiting for the right time, not knowing when that would ever be. I knew she wanted to see the town and it did not disappoint, we had lunch and did a little shopping and read all the signs about the history of the town. I was inches away from dropping to one knee at least three times as we were walking around just enjoying each other’s company in the rain. I just never could build up the courage to actually propose, never thought the moment was perfect enough, and I was very nervous.
We eventually came upon a little bench in the Franklin town square, it was raining and I noticed this little pink heart on a bench. We walked over to it and saw the website info and we checked it out. Needless to say I KNEW this was a sign, it really couldn’t be more clear to me, but I think Mandy just thought it was really sweet and we definitely needed to keep it, we absolutely love these simple little things that have so much meaning and love in them. Later that evening, I proposed to my girlfriend of 6 wonderful years, in the rain and dirt, in beautiful Tennessee. …. And she said Yes! ….. we will cherish this Quilted Heart forever and it will be one of our most meaningful possessions. Truly, whoever made this, thank you.
