I found my heart on a beautiful sunny day whilst walking along Felixstowe seafront. A gentle breeze and calm sea made my discovery even more special.
Later in the day I had a conversation with a friend who has not long lost her Mum and her Father now is potentially unwell. Somehow by speaking to her today and knowing I will see her soon for the first time since 2022 made the finding of my heart very right.
