1/31/2024. A sad beginning to our day. My 11 year old sons guinea pig, George, died unexpectedly. Today has been a very emotional day.
After we had the funeral, we went to Walmart with a very heart broken little boy, hoping to find some sort of grave marker.
We get out of the car, walk towards the store and what do we see? A heart hanging from one of the trees. We check it out and what a beautiful smile I saw on my little boys face.
A sign from George, he says, a sign his piggie sent him from heaven letting my son know everything is OK.
To whoever placed this heart in the tree of my local walmart, you will never know how perfectly timed and beautiful this little treasure is.
