We are from a small town south west Wisconsin, on a small get away with my family.
We found this heart on a hike at Cave Point off the 1/2 mile trail, with my mama and two older sisters. I walked past a tree and looked back at my family and it caught my eye. Thought it was a love note and was curious to see, walked up and saw that it needed a home. My heart melted with love, so thankful to have found this quilted heart.
