I found this quilted heart yesterday while walking on break in Des Moines, Iowa. It was hanging on a lilac bush near the Korean War Memorial across from the state capital building. The butterfly reminds me of my beautiful daughter who passed away 4 years ago from heart trouble. Thank you for confirming she is all around me I just need to look. What a blessing you gave me to get through another day without her.
