My neighbor and I had a girls day out, I saw this laying on the sidewalk in front of Joanne Fabrics. I picked up the heart thinking someone dropped one of their purchases. My friend thought the heart was advertising a realtor, because the tag says ‘I need a home’, lol! This was a very neat find, thank you!
