I found this quilted heart after having a fantastic day at Denver PrideFest 2024, while walking my off-leash training dog before sunset. It has been a bittersweet time lately as my own life has been progressing, while grandparents have passed away, and family is across the country. It’s hard to grow up and move on as you see other parts of life stay as they were. I seek unity and Community as often as I can being in a strange place (or being a strange person). it is so heartwarming to come across things like this that bring the general community together, things that give us a sense of togetherness that we might not otherwise have. This is a great project!
