I lived in Denver (moved from Atlanta) in the 1990s-in my little apartment on S Washington. I traveled back to Denver in May 2024 for the Colfax Half Marathon. Wanting to stay near where I lived previously, I rented a room in a cute Air BnB over on the opposite side of the park. On my last day, sadly taking my last walk around Wash Park, I found this little heart. It greatly brightened what was a sad day 😔. I’ll keep it as a reminder of my love of Denver and of Wash Park 🥰.
