I was visiting my daughter in Colorado and today was my last day. I was running through Washington Park this morning after a sleepless night, riddled with anxiety and panic over some personal issues. I saw the heart hanging from a tree. I stopped and put it in my pocket, only looking up the website after I finished my run. I was thrilled to read that this was for ME! I needed this so badly today.
