I was walking around the washington park here in denver colorado when I saw a quilted heart at the side of my view. Confused I walked up to it and saw how cute it looked and a smile was spreading across my face. Early in this day I was struggling with my own body image and felt dreaded to go outside, but seeing the quilted heart made me smile and reading the reason behind this made me happy. Keep on doing this!
