I found this heart while walking to lunch with my coworkers and it was hanging on a tree. Both of my daughters have heart conditions and next month is heart month where I celebrate my heart warriors all month long! So this was definitely meant for me. 🙂 Oh! And it has a boat on it and my husband is a boat captain! What are the odds? Totally made my day!
