On Monday, February 24, 2025, a rainy and gloomy day, I walked to my car after a doctor’s appointment where I had sutures removed from a non-invasive procedure. As I approached my car, I noticed a heart-shaped object hanging from a bush. As I got closer, my excitement grew. There it was—a beautiful quilted heart that filled my own heart with joy and sunshine on that dreary day. It felt like a wink from God, reassuring me that everything would be fine.
I am deeply grateful to the person who quilted the heart and placed it where I needed to see it.
