I just realized I should have taken a picture of where the heart was hanging when I found it!. Anyway I found it attached to a box outside a Mexican restaurant called Los Pinos in Cameron Park today. I was so excited ❤️. Thank you it made my day. The picture I uploaded is of the front and back of the heart. ❤️
