After the June 17th storm that whipped across Oklahoma, there wasn’t a lot to be smiling about! So much destruction from the wind. We spend 3 days cleaning up our yard. We were mentally and physically drained.
Then on Friday, June 23, I walked into the Broken Arrow Senior Center to exercise and there was a heart ❤️. It just made me smile. I left the heart thinking it might help lift someone else too, but later, as I was leaving the center it was still there so I took it home with me!
To the maker of the heart, thank you. It now sits in my sewing room, and each time I look at it, I smile.
