My husband and I attended Burning Man this year and had made a small memorial for our dog Kona who we lost earlier this year. We went to the temple to place our memorial for her final send off. As we left the temple we agreed “Now we need to wait for a sign from Kona saying she is ok and that it is ok for us to adopt, love, and spoil another puppy.” As we rode away we stopped by another art piece not far away. It was very detailed metal flowers with lights. We were the only ones there when we found the quilted heart. And we immediately felt like it was Kona letting us know we can adopt another puppy with a big heart that we can fill with our love.
