I just moved here to Bainbridge Island, and have been very overwhelmed with the change and not knowing anyone here. I went on a walk this morning to clear my head, and on my way home from the local coffee shop, I looked down and saw a quilted heart hanging from the bottom of a bush. I noticed it had a tag on it and looked up the website address. It said it was for the finder to keep. Finding this little heart snapped me from all the spiraling stress i had been under this morning. It felt like it was a comforting sign from the universe that this island is where I am meant to be and good things are coming.
Thank you to whoever made this heart. It made my day and now hangs on my bulletin board above my desk to remind me things are going to be okay 🙂 🩷
