This morning I was walking in the woods with my dog and I stumbled upon the heart in the tree. Lately I have been feeling a little lost as I recently went through a breakup where I had to leave my 11 year old dog. A piece of my heart is still with him and to me this was a sign that my heart needs to heal. I think of him every day and this morning I even called my other dog by his name which was a first.
