I’m the owner of the little restaurant that this was left at. I was on my way to pick some things up when I spotted it hanging off one of the poles for parking. I had just found out about an hour before that my uncle had passed away. I guess it was definitely meant for me to find because it did put a little ray of sunshine in my gloomy day.
