I was visiting my Mother at a rehabilitation facility because she had fallen and fractured her femur. I was pushing her in the wheelchair as we walked through the facility and we came across this heart hanging from a tree. Finding this heart was meant to be and was a sign that my mom will be ok and she will be herself again very soon.
