I had a heart attack around Christmas 2018. My wife started giving me “heart” ornaments for Christmas after that. I lost her to cancer 18 months ago and was just thinking about those ornaments two days ago. It was very sad knowing that I would not be adding any hearts to the tree in the future. Then today, while walking the dog, I looked up to find this beautiful heart hanging in a tree at the local park. I can’t describe the feeling of joy it brought to my day! I truly believe it was my wife giving me one more ornament for the tree:)
