My shift had just ended and it was a busy Friday .. walking out of the hospital with many things weighing on my mind, I walked a different way than usual to my car… I looked over and saw this beautiful quilted heart hanging from a tree branch. It was just the smile I needed. Thank you to whom ever left it.
