We were at the north eastern community hospital walking to the car we stumbled across this beautiful quilted heart hanging on a rose bush.When we saw it needed a home we couldn’t resist but to rake it cause we loved it so much.Our grand mother is going through a hard time at the moment so we thought that we could give this to her to cheer her up
